我们目前仅接受来自美国纽约州境内和中国大陆的订单。
我们不向法律禁止、受限制、受制裁或暂不支持的地区销售或发货。不符合配送及合规要求的订单将被取消并退款。
国际运费根据包裹重量及目的地计算，所有订单均通过 USPS 或经批准的第三方承运商 发出。

美国境内配送
目前美国境内订单仅限配送至纽约州地址。订单金额不超过 $95.00 时，运费为 $12.99；订单金额超过 $95.00 可享受免运费。订单通常会通过符合适用法律及承运商政策的合规承运渠道发出，并通常会在寄出后 3 至 4 个工作日内送达。

Shipping and refund policy
Shipping Information
We currently accept orders only from the United States and Mainland China.
We do not offer general worldwide shipping. We do not ship to Canada, Europe, Australia, South America, or any other countries or regions unless they are specifically enabled through our compliance-approved checkout process.
We do not sell or ship to prohibited, restricted, sanctioned, or unsupported jurisdictions. Orders placed from unsupported or restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. Orders are shipped via USPS or approved third-party carriers.
At checkout, customers may select the shipping method that best fits their needs.
We strive to process and ship orders within one 1件 business day whenever possible. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer with an estimated availability or delivery timeframe.

International Shipping Policy (Please Read)
Once payment has been successfully processed and an order has been shipped, the following policies apply:
All orders are carefully inspected and packed prior to shipment. However, once a package has departed the United States for an international destination, delivery is subject to the handling and procedures of international carriers and customs authorities.
Customers acknowledge and accept that international shipments may be subject to delays, inspections, or other actions by postal services or customs agencies beyond our control. Responsibility for the receipt of the shipment within the destination country rests with the customer.
We are not responsible for any foreign fees, import duties, excise taxes, customs charges, or other governmental fees, all of which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Additionally, packages that are delayed, held, confiscated, or rejected by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that an international order is returned to our facility, we reserve the right to either reship the order or issue a refund. Approved refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping to any state in the USA is $12.99 for orders up to $95.00, and FREE for any order over that amount. Orders are usually shipped through USPS and will typically be received in 3 to 4 business days from mailing.
